  • How is Life Coaching different from counseling?
    Counseling focuses on problems and often times look into their past, discovering how the past effects who they are today. Counselors often times deal with emotional issues such as depression, anxiety, and anger. Life Coaching focuses on the present and the future, helping the client move forward to where they want to be. The coach and client are coequals who work together to bring the change the client desires.
